Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Freshmovealive may be returned or exchanged. We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently.
1. Return Eligibility
Physical products purchased from Freshmovealive may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- Original packaging is intact and included with the return
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been written in, marked, or otherwise altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
- Digital content or downloadable materials once accessed

Include your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us with your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements as returns.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If a product fails to meet guaranteed standards, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
